CLERICAL RECRUITMENT [ASSISTANTS AND STENOGRAPHERS]


Central Recruitment & Promotion Department, State Bank of India, Corporate Centre, Mumbai invites Online applications from Indian citizens for appointment of  Clerical Cadre 9500 posts of Assistants and Stenographers (Hindi/English)  in State Bank of India (Earlier Advertisement of December 2011 is cancelled and the number of posts are revised  - Those who have applied earlier can edit the details)   :

• Clerical posts - Assistants  : 8500 posts in various states in India (UR-3145, OBC-1949, SC-2069, ST-1337) (PH-780) (see detailed advt. for State-wise distribution), Pay Scale : Rs.7200-19300/-, Age : 18-28 years as on 01/12/2011. Age relaxation as per Govt. rules.
• Clerical posts - Stenographers : 1000 posts (Hindi-100, English-900) in various states in India (UR-537, OBC-250, SC-137, ST-79) (PH-175) (see detailed advt. for State-wise distribution), Pay Scale : Rs.7200-19300/-, Age : 18-28 years as on 01/12/2011. Age relaxation as per Govt. rules.

Selection Procedure : Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the written test on 27/05/2012 and 03/06/2012.

Application Fee : Rs. 350/- (for SC/ST/PWD/XS Rs.50/- only) for the posts of Assistant, Rs.500/- for the posts of Assistants + Any on of Stenographers posts (Hindi or English)  and Rs.600/- for the posts of Assistants + Stenographers posts for both Hindi and English) to be deposited in any branch of SBI by a prescribed deposit slip and get receipt. Porous Semiconductors - Science and Technology is the regular scientific conference attracting world famous experts in the nanostructured semiconductor materials and wide area of its applications in microelectronics and optoelectronics, solar energy, biology, pharmacology, etc.

Next 8th conference will be held 25-30 March 2012 in Malaga, Spain.

The Conference will critically analyze the state-of-the-art in the field of porous semiconductors during the two years that have passed since the PSST-2010 event. The emphasis will be kept on breakthroughs in understanding the mechanism of growth and physical properties of porous semiconductors; critical issues in their properties and emerging applications. We challenge expanding applications of porous semiconductors in natural and life science, as well as in sensing, chemical and photochemical applications.

The Conference will serve to join researchers active in physics and chemistry of semiconductors, optics, electrochemistry, analytical instrumentation, biochemistry, medicine and other related field. Both established experts and representative of fields with emerging activities are welcome to come and achieve better coordination of the efforts and establish new cooperation links.

RAS- 7 लाख में कराई थी आरएएस परीक्षा में नकल

जयपुर.आरएएस 2010 भर्ती परीक्षा को लेकर चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है। इस परीक्षा के तीन पेपरों का सौदा दो लाख रु. में हुआ था। इनमें से दो पेपर परीक्षा से कुछ घंटे पहले नकल कराने वाले गिरोह को मिल गए थे।

इस गिरोह ने प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी से 5 से 7 लाख रु. लेकर नकल कराई थी। नर्सिग ग्रेड सैकंड परीक्षा का पेपर आउट होने के मामले में अक्टूबर 2010 में गिरफ्तार हुए तीन आरोपियों ने यह खुलासा किया था। हालांकि, वे जमानत मिलने के बाद से फरार हैं, लेकिन पुलिस ने उनसे हुए खुलासे के आधार पर शुक्रवार को सोडाला थाने में इस संबंध में मामला दर्ज किया है।

बड़ा सवाल यह है कि जब 2010 में ही इस मामले का पता चल गया था तो पुलिस ने कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की? यदि उस वक्त सबूत नहीं होने की मजबूरी थी तो अब उसके हाथ क्या लग गया? वही डेढ़ साल पुराने बयान हैं, जो तब भी थे। फिर आरोपियों के फरार होने और आरएएस की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद मामला दर्ज करने का मतलब क्या?

सोडाला थाना पुलिस के अनुसार नर्सिग ग्रेड सैकंड भर्ती परीक्षा 10 अक्टूबर 2010 को हुई थी। इसी दिन सांचोर निवासी जगदीश विश्नोई, पुखराज चौधरी तथा भूपेंद्र करधनी इलाके में परीक्षा से पहले पेपर बेच रहे थे। एसओजी की टीम ने तीनों को पकड़ लिया था।

तीनों आरोपियों ने पूछताछ में बताया था कि रामनगर, सोडाला स्थित सुपर किंग स्कूल के व्यवस्थापक शैलेंद्र चौधरी से दो लाख रु. में आरएएस परीक्षा-2010 के सामान्य ज्ञान, इतिहास एवं लोक प्रशासन के पेपरों का सौदा किया था। परीक्षा से पहले सामान्य ज्ञान एवं इतिहास का पेपर उन्हें मिल गया। इसके लिए उन्होंने शैलेंद्र को 55 हजार रु. दिए थे। तीनों आरोपियों ने अभ्यर्थियों को नकल कराई और हर एक से पांच से सात लाख रु. तक वसूले थे।

हालांकि वे यह नहीं बता पाए कि अभ्यर्थी कौनसे थे। आरोपियों से पूछताछ के आधार पर एक साल तक तो जांच ही चलती रही अब करधनी थाने के सब इंस्पेक्टर भगवान सहाय ने जगदीश विश्नोई, शैलेंद्र चौधरी तथा विक्रम नाम के व्यक्ति के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कराया है। विक्रम के बारे में भी पूछताछ के दौरान कुछ जानकारियां मिली हैं।

जमानत मिली तो शिक्षक भर्ती में नकल कराने पहुंच गया

नर्सिग ग्रेड सैकंड परीक्षा में नकल कराने के मामले में जगदीश विश्नोई को जेल भेज दिया गया था। बाद में उसकी जमानत मंजूर कर ली गई। गत वर्ष अध्यापक ग्रेड सैकंड भर्ती परीक्षा में उसका नाम फिर सामने आ गया। बजाज नगर पुलिस ने यह परीक्षा शुरू होने से तीन घंटे पहले उसके तीन साथी गणपतराम, भजनलाल एवं जालिम सिंह को गिरफ्तार किया। इनके पास से नकल कराने के लिए माइक्रो ब्लूटूथ, शर्ट में लगे डिवाइस बरामद किए गए। जगदीश व उसका साथी भूपेंद्र फरार हो गया। जगदीश अब भी फरार है।

अब तो नियुक्तियां भी हो गईं

राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग के सचिव डॉ. केके पाठक ने कहा कि आयोग के स्तर पर आरएएस 2010 की संवीक्षा परीक्षा तथा इंटरव्यू के बाद चयन प्रक्रिया का काम पूरा हो गया है। सरकार के स्तर पर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया भी संपन्न करा दी गई है। पुलिस ने जो मुकदमा दर्ज किया है, उसकी रिपोर्ट, फाइंडिंग्स देखे बिना इस मामले में कुछ नहीं कहा जा सकता।

अब क्या?

अगर साबित हो जाता है कि पेपर लीक हुआ था तो भी परीक्षा रद्द नहीं हो सकती। न ही नियुक्त लोगों को हटाया जा सकता है। जो लोग नौकरी पर लग गए हैं, उन्हें राइट टु वर्क का संवैधानिक अधिकार मिल गया है। किसी की मिलीभगत सामने आती है तो उसके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई जरूर होगी।

आरएएस परीक्षा 2012 नए पैटर्न से क्यों नहीं : हाईकोर्ट

हाईकोर्ट ने आरएएस भर्ती परीक्षा-2012 को लेकर शनिवार को प्रमुख कार्मिक सचिव व आरपीएससी सचिव को नोटिस जारी किया है। इनसे पूछा गया है कि यह परीक्षा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (यूपीएससी) की तर्ज पर नए पैटर्न से क्यों नहीं ली जा रही? इस संबंध में ज्ञान सिंह व अन्य ने याचिका लगाई थी। उनका कहना था कि राज्य सरकार ने वर्ष 2013 से यूपीएससी के अनुसार आरएएस प्रतियोगी परीक्षा नए पैटर्न से कराने का निर्णय लिया है। नए पैटर्न में सभी परीक्षार्थियों को समान प्रश्नपत्र हल करना होगा। शेष त्न पेज १३

अन्य राज्यों में इस सत्र से ही नया पैटर्न लागू कर दिया गया है, जबकि आरपीएससी प्रदेश में वर्ष 2012 के लिए पुराने पैटर्न से ही परीक्षा करा रहा है। यह परीक्षा नए पैटर्न से ही कराई जानी चाहिए।

निशक्तजन के पद सामान्य से न भरें 

आरएएस भर्ती 2010 के एक मामले में हाईकोर्ट ने सरकार को निर्देश दिया कि वह निशक्तजन के लिए आरक्षित पदों को सामान्य श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों से नहीं भरे। साथ ही हाईकोर्ट ने मुख्य सचिव, प्रमुख कार्मिक सचिव व आरपीएससी को नोटिस जारी किए। न्यायाधीश मोहम्मद रफीक ने यह अंतरिम आदेश बसंत सिंह चौहान की याचिका पर दिया। याचिका में आरएएस व अधीनस्थ सेवाओं के 26 पदों पर सामान्य श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों से भरने की कार्रवाई को चुनौती दी थी।

जोधपुर.हाईकोर्ट ने शनिवार को तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया पर अंतरिम रोक लगा दी। साथ ही पंचायती राज विभाग के सचिव, शिक्षा सचिव, प्रारंभिक शिक्षा निदेशक, आरटेट के सचिव सहित संबंधित अधिकारियों को नोटिस जारी कर 13 मार्च तक जवाब मांगा गया है।

न्यायाधीश गोपाल कृष्ण व्यास ने जोधपुर निवासी देवीसिंह व अन्य की ओर से दायर याचिका की सुनवाई के दौरान स्वप्रेरित प्रसंज्ञान से यह आदेश दिया। अदालत ने स्वप्रेरित प्रसंज्ञान में अब तक आरपीएससी द्वारा ली जाने वाली इस परीक्षा को जिला परिषद के माध्यम से जिलेवार कराने तथा इसमें दिए जा रहे आरक्षण को संविधान की भावना के विरुद्ध माना है।

आरटेट नहीं कराने को लेकर दायर की थी याचिका

प्रार्थियों ने याचिका लगाई थी कि सरकार ने पिछले वर्ष आरटेट कराने के लिए विज्ञप्ति जारी की थी, लेकिन इसका आयोजन नहीं हुआ। अब शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा होने से पिछले वर्ष बीएड उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी व पिछली आरटेट में अनुत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी इसमें शामिल नहीं हो पाएंगे। ऐसे में या तो उन्हें भर्ती में अंतरिम प्रवेश दिया जाए या भर्ती की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया को रोका जाए।

मई में होनी थी परीक्षा

41 हजार पदों के लिए भर्ती परीक्षा मई में होनी थी। इस परीक्षा के ऑनलाइन फार्म 2 मार्च से मिलने थे और फार्म भरने की अंतिम तिथि 2 अप्रैल रखी थी।
