Exam News - अगले साल से जेईई की जगह लेगा ‘आईसीट’

कोटा.आईआईटी-जेईई और एआई ईईई जैसे बड़े इम्तिहान अगले साल से मर्ज हो जाएंगे, इनके स्थान पर देश में एक समान ‘इंडियन साइंस इंजीनियरिंग इलिजबिलिटी टेस्ट’(आईसीट) होगा। यह कॉमन टेस्ट एक ही दिन मुख्य और एडवांस दो भागों में होगा। तीन-तीन घंटे के ये टेस्ट सुबह 10 से 5 बजे के बीच होंगे।

आईआईटी कानपुर के निदेशक प्रो.एस जी ढांडे के अनुसार, आईआईटी का अकादमिक ग्रुप इसकी शेष रूपरेखा तय कर रहा है। यह टेस्ट सीबीएसई आयोजित करेगा। मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय फिलहाल इसे 2013 से केंद्र द्वारा वित्तपोषित प्रौद्योगिकी व इंजीनियरिंग संस्थानों में लागू करने पर विचार कर रहा है। इन संस्थानों में सभी 15 आईआईटी, 30 एनआईटी, 4 ट्रिपल आईटी, 5 आईआईएसईआर सहित कुछ डीम्ड यूनिवर्सिटी शामिल हैं।

ऑब्जेक्टिव पेपर होगा

आईएसईईटी में मुख्य टेस्ट का पैटर्न ऑब्जेक्टिव रहेगा, जिसमें कॉम्प्रिहेंसिव, क्रिटिकल थिंकिंग और लॉजिकल रीजनिंग पर आधारित प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे। दूसरे एडवांस टेस्ट में साइंस के बेसिक विषयों पर आधारित होगा, जिसमें प्रॉब्लम सॉल्विंग क्षमता को परखा जाएगा। दोनों टेस्ट के जरिए छात्रों का साइंस व इंजीनियरिंग में स्कॉलिस्टिक लेवल और एप्टीट्यूड परखा जाएगा।

Job Profile: Similar to Manager in any corporate. Represent the Director by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence, preparing and editing articles, serving as liaison between faculty members and the Director, arranging travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations, taking dictation in shorthand, drafting letters (good typing speed), making reports/ minutes in accordance to meetings held, scheduling appointments, processing outgoing communication in the form of Emails, letter, fax , etc.

बीकानेर। महाराजा गंगा सिंह विश्वविद्यालय में रिक्त सहायक कर्मचारियों के 22 पदों के लिए विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन लिखित परीक्षा का आयोजन नहीं करेगा। इस पद के अभ्यर्थियों का सीधे ही साक्षात्कार लेकर चयन किया जाएगा।

विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति डॉ. गंगाराम जाखड़ ने बताया कि सहायक कर्मचारियों के लिए न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता आठवीं पास रखी गई हैं। ऎसे पदों के लिए कहीं भी लिखित परीक्षा का आयोजन नहीं होता हैं।

योग्य अभ्यर्थियों का चयन करने के लिए विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन बोर्ड गठित करेगा। इसके लिए कवायद शुरू कर दी गई हैं। यह बोर्ड सीधे ही अभ्यर्थियों के साक्षात्कार करेगा। साक्षात्कार में योग्य पाए जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति दे दी जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि साक्षात्कार के लिए विवि प्रशासन ने अभी तिथि तय नहीं की हैं। फिलहाल, सहायक कर्मचारियों और एलडीसी के पदों के लिए आए अभ्यर्थियों के आवेदनों की स्क्रूटनी की जा रही हैं। स्क्रूटनी में योग्य पाए जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को बुलावा पत्र भेजे जाएंगे। विवि में एलडीसी के 35 पदों के विरूद्ध दो हजार से ज्यादा अभ्यर्थियों के आवेदन आए हैं।

Job Nens- शिक्षाकर्मियों को नियमित करने के बारे में कोई फैसला नहीं हो पाया है।

जयपुर.मंत्रिमंडलीय उपसमिति की मंगलवार को हुई बैठक में विद्यार्थी मित्रों सहित अन्य शिक्षाकर्मियों का मानदेय बढ़ाने का मामला मुख्यमंत्री को सिफारिश के साथ भेजने का फैसला किया
गया। अलबत्ता इन पदों पर काम करने वाले शिक्षाकर्मियों को नियमित करने के बारे में कोई फैसला नहीं हो पाया है।

शिक्षा मंत्री ब्रजकिशोर शर्मा की अध्यक्षता में हुई मंत्रिमंडलीय उपसमिति की बैठक में सहकारिता मंत्री परसादी लाल मीणा, चिकित्सा मंत्री ए.ए. खान, राजस्व मंत्री हेमाराम चौधरी और उच्च शिक्षा राज्यमंत्री दयाराम परमार मौजूद थे। बैठक में पैराटीचर्स शिक्षाकर्मी, लोक जुंबिश कर्मी, मदरसा पैराटीचर, शिक्षा सहयोगी, अतिरिक्त शिक्षा सहयोगी, महिला पैराटीचर, उर्दू शिक्षा कर्मी और डीपीईपी शिक्षा कर्मी को नियमित करने और मानदेय बढ़ाने आदि विषयों पर चर्चा होनी थी।


बैठक के बाद शिक्षा मंत्री शर्मा ने बताया कि मानदेय बढ़ाने और मेडिकल खर्च की राशि बढ़ाने का मामला मुख्यमंत्री पर छोड़ दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि ये शिक्षाकर्मी नियमित करने के लिए जरूरी अर्हताओं को पूरा नहीं करते।

विद्यार्थी मित्रों को छोड़कर अन्य के लिए आरटीई के प्रावधानों के अनुसार न्यूनतम योग्यता सीनियर सैकंडरी और एसटीसी होना जरूरी है और इसके बाद ही टेट की परीक्षा के लिए योग्य हो सकते हैं। टेट की परीक्षा पास करने के बाद ही नियमित होने की प्रक्रिया हो सकती है। शर्मा ने बताया कि शिक्षाकर्मियों के साथ नरेगा सहित अन्य कई संविदा कर्मियों के मानदेय बढ़ाने के मामले भी हैं, इसी कारण इनके निर्धारण का मामला मुख्यमंत्री पर छोड़ दिया गया है।

उधर, अखिल राजस्थान प्रबोधक संघ ने मंत्रिमंडलीय उप समिति की बैठक में लिए फैसले का विरोध किया है। संघ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष केसरसिंह चंपावत ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के तहत नियमित नहीं करने का शिक्षा मंत्री का बयान सर्वथा गलत है। उन्होंने कहा कि गत बार भी इन्हें प्रबोधक बनाकर नियमित किया गया था। मानदेय बढ़ाने का मामला पहले से तय था। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि इन मांगों को लेकर विधानसभा सत्र के दौरान आंदोलन किया जाएगा।
