Post: Sport Officer – 01 post
Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- with grade pay of Rs. 5,400/-(Total emoluments on the minimum of the Pay Band is approx. Rs. 35,708 /- (Excluding H.R.A)
Qualifications & Experience:

• Master degree in Physical Education from a recognized University with at least 55% of the marks with work experience of at least five years in the field of Physical Education.
• Record of having represented the university /college at the inter-university / intercollegiate competitions or the State and/ or National championship.

Desirable: Preferably should have Diploma in Sports Coaching.
Age Limit: Below 45 years
Post: Personnel Secretary to Director – 01 post
Pay scale: Rs. 9,300-34,800 (PB-2) with grade pay of Rs. 4200. (Total emoluments on the minimum of the Pay Band is approx. Rs. 22,594 /-. (Excluding H.R.A)
Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree or Bachelors degree with 2 years relevant experience. Knowledge of Computer Office applications & Secretarial Practices.
• Good command of English language.

Desirable: M.B.A from reputed Institute.
Job Profile: Similar to Manager in any corporate. Represent the Director by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence, preparing and editing articles, serving as liaison between faculty members and the Director, arranging travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations, taking dictation in shorthand, drafting letters (good typing speed), making reports/ minutes in accordance to meetings held, scheduling appointments, processing outgoing communication in the form of Emails, letter, fax , etc.
