UGC newsअब पूरी तरह ऑब्जेक्टिव होगी यूजीसी नेट की परीक्षा

नई दिल्ली. विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग का नेशनल एलिजिबिलिटी टेस्ट (नेट) जून 2012 से पूरी तरह से ऑब्जेक्टिव हो रहा है। यूजीसी के इस फैसले के बाद अब तीन चरणों में होनी वाली इस परीक्षा का अंतिम हिस्सा, जो विषय केन्द्रित होता है, भी बहुविकल्पीय होगा।

अभी तक 200 अंकों के इस हिस्से में छात्र के विषय ज्ञान को परखा जाता था लेकिन अब इसके लिए भी पहले दो हिस्सों की तरह ही बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्नों की मदद ली जाएगी। यूजीसी के इस निर्णय की पीछे की वजह उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की जांच में लगने वाले अधिक समय को बताया गया है। हालांकि इस निर्णय के बाद परीक्षार्थियों की मुश्किलें और बढ़ने जा रही है क्योंकि नए बदलाव के तहत हर श्रेणी के तहत अंतिम प्रश्नपत्र में सफल होने के लिए 5 फीसदी अतिरिक्त अंक चाहिए होंगे।

यूजीसी की 482वीं बैठक में हुए इस निर्णय के तहत साफ किया गया है कि इस परीक्षा के नतीजों में होने वाली देरी को देखते हुए नेट मॉडरेशन कमेटी की तीसरे पेपर को खत्म कर सीएसआईआर नेट की तर्ज पर भी सभी तीनों प्रश्नपत्रों को ऑब्जेक्टिव बनाने की सिफारिश सही है।

इसलिए अब यूजीसी नेट का अंतिम प्रश्नपत्र भी ऑब्जेक्टिव होगा और आगामी जून 2012 की परीक्षा इसी आधार पर होगी। हालांकि कमीशन की ओर से लिए गए फैसले के तहत तमाम श्रेणियों में अंतिम परीक्षा के लिए जरूरी क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्‍स का प्रतिशत भी 5 फीसदी तक बढ़ा दिया गया है।

यानी सामान्य श्रेणी के तहत अभी तक तीसरे पेपर में जरूरी 90 यानी 45 फीसदी अंकों के स्थान पर अब 100 यानी 50 फीसदी अंक लाने होगे। इसी तरह ओबीसी श्रेणी के तहत अभी तक 80 अंक (40 फीसदी) के बजाय 90 (45 फीसदी) अंक और अनुसूचित जाति/ जनजाति/ शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग/ विजुअली हैंडीकेप श्रेणी के छात्रों को अब 70 (35 फीसदी) की बजाय अब 80 (40 फीसदी) अंक लाने होंगे।

कमीशन की बैठक में हुए फैसले के तहत यह भी साफ किया गया है कि परीक्षा के प्रारूप में हो रहे इस बदलाव के तहत परीक्षार्थियों के लिए एक क्वेशचन बैंक भी विकसित करने की भी सिफारिश की है। इतना ही नहीं कमीशन ने बैठक में यह फैसला भी किया है कि नेट की उपयोगिता व आवश्यकता पर पुनर्विचार होना चाहिए।

RAS Syllabus/ New RAS Exam pattern approved by Rajasthan GovtRajasthan Govt. today approve the new pattern for upcoming RAS(Rajasthan Administrative Services) and allied service Examination. As per new pattern now RAS Exam will have Four papers in RAS Pre examination while approx. 12.5% Marks of Interview will be added in RAS Examination. Decision was taken today in a meeting held under Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot as per Media report. Earlier on June 30, 2011 we reported that Rajasthan Govt. is all set to bring new exam pattern in RAS Examination when under a Press Release by Department of Personnel, Government of Rajasthan ask suggestion regarding RAS New Pattern. आरएएस प्री परीक्षा में अब एक ही पेपर राजस्थान प्रशासनिक सेवा (आरएएस) की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में अब 200 अंकों का एक ही वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्न पत्र होगा। पहले दो पेपर होते थे। यह निर्णय 2013 से आयोजित होने वाली परीक्षा से लागू होगा। राज्य मंत्रिमंडल ने बुधवार को राजस्थान राज्य और अधीनस्थ सेवाएं (संयुक्त प्रतियोगी परीक्षा द्वारा सीधी भर्ती), नियम 1999 में संशोधन पर सहमति दे दी है। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में भारत और राजस्थान का सामान्य ज्ञान, सामान्य विज्ञान और मानसिक योग्यता से संबंधित प्रश्न होंगे। पहले इसमें एक सामान्य ज्ञान और एक ऑप्शनल सब्जेक्ट का पेपर होता था। इस परीक्षा के अंक चयन के लिए कुल अंकों में नहीं जोड़े जाएंगे। इसके साथ ही कुल रिक्तियों के 15 गुना तक अभ्यर्थियों को मुख्य परीक्षा में बैठने का अवसर भी मिलेगा। मुख्य परीक्षा में 200-200 अंकों के चार प्रश्न पत्र होंगे। इसमें तीन प्रश्नपत्र सामान्य ज्ञान एवं सामान्य अध्ययन के और चौथा प्रश्न पत्र हिंदी और अंग्रेजी भाषागत ज्ञान का होगा। पहले आठ पेपर होते थे। इनमें दो पेपर सामान्य ज्ञान के, एक-एक हिंदी व अंग्रेजी का तथा दो ऑप्शनल सब्जेक्ट के दो-दो पेपर होते थे। साक्षात्कार 100 अंकों का होगा। पहले 150 अंको का होता था। उसमें पूरे अंक जुड़ते थे, अब 12.50 प्रतिशत अंक ही जुड़ेंगे। उल्लेखनीय है कि यूपीएससी परीक्षा पैटर्न में भी बदलाव किया जा रहा है। राज्य सरकार उस बदलाव का भी अध्ययन कर 2013 से लागू होने वाली व्यवस्था में शामिल कर सकती है। RAS Syllabus, new RAS Syllabus, RAS exmat RAS Syllabus, RAS
